His career began as a real estate agent, where he spent 15 years building a reputation for exceptional service and results. He then transitioned into a dual role as both agent and office manager for 5 years, before founding Realtor of Excellence, where he has served as the driving force behind the company's success for the past 15 years.

Sean believes that true leadership comes from staying actively involved in the field. By remaining hands-on in the market, he gains firsthand insight into the challenges and opportunities his agents face, allowing him to lead with relevance, empathy, and strategy.

He specializes in the Bothasig & surrounding areas, as well as Table View and surrounding areas. During his time as an agent, Sean earned numerous accolades, including Top Listing Agent, Top Selling Agent, and highest Sales Volume in 10 of the 15 years he was eligible to compete, an achievement that highlights his consistency, commitment, and deep understanding of the market.
