1We don’t encourage show houses.
We don’t encourage show houses for several reasons. First, most buyers who visit have no idea what the property costs or offers, so clients and sellers end up fielding shoppers who aren’t a good match. More often than not these visitors discover the home is outside their budget or lacks the features they need, which wastes time for buyers and frustrates sellers. On top of that, opening a property to any interested party poses significant security risks, leaving sellers and clients vulnerable. -

Online property listings are let down by poor-quality photos that don’t truly reflect the home's appeal, you might see a close-up of a couch instead of the full lounge or a bed that gives no sense of the actual bedroom space.
